GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KJCT) – Enstrom’s Candies, off Patterson Road, hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony Thursday to celebrate 15 years of dedicated business.
The event included a free dessert tasting and a chance to win prizes with every $15 purchase.
The Patterson Enstrom location is one of five stores opened in Colorado.
Jim Simons, owner and vice president of sales, spoke about Enstrom’s standing in the community:
“You know, Enstrom has been a part of the community since 1929. The praline, it’s just kind of a tradition for families during the holidays to have a little place where you can come in and have some coffee and meet your co-workers, get some ice cream, take a little Coffee home to your loved ones. It’s a very nice place to be here in the community.”
Enstrom’s Candies said the celebration honors its commitment to quality and community since its opening in 1960.
